Bill O'Reilly is getting noticeably miffed in this conversation in which he continues to ask Sarah Palin what she would do, who she would call to stop the spill, only to be blinded by blizzard of blather. It's a gusher alright and even the famous blowhard can't get a word in edgewise. Then, when she has nothing constructive to say she reaches into depths of her twisted unconscious and drags out-- the Dutch-- because they build dikes? Is she suggesting we could build a dike to drain the Gulf of Mexico? Or could it be that she thinks an enterprising little Dutch boy might just be employed to put his finger in the gusher until we figure out what to do, like in Hans Brinker? My God. There are people who take this woman seriously? And how great is it that someone over at foxnews finally called her out on her bullshit?
Paylin is simply NOT HAPPY unless she takes the 'exact opposite view' of President Obama. She is so jealous that she lost the 2008 election because she knew she would be POTUS since she certainly believed McGramps would not make it through 4 years. Let's not forget, she QUIT as AK's governor, but wants to be POTUS more than she wants new boobs [oh wait, she got those]! If the ignorant people of our country somehow managed to elect her to POTUS, she would probably quit in the first hour because that job is WAY BEYOND HER EDUCATION, INTELLECT AND QUALIFICATIONS. Since she is not qualified to be dog catcher or hold ANY elected office, let's hope her 'bots' wake up BEFORE she has a chance to even start a campaign. Our country would be lost forever if she ever managed to succeed in her quest!
ReplyDeleteMe, I'd leave this country and renounce my citizenship if she were ever elected POTUS because I could NEVER tell anyone that 'she is my POTUS' - I'd rather be DEAD than to admit that!
I don't think any sane person could follow Palin's train of thought in anything she says.

She has no solutions, no concept of how different surface drilling is versus a foreign registered rig operating in Gulf waters, no consideration of the magnitude of the spill, or the area effected. Let's face it, the former half term gov. doesn't have a clue. She is still fuming because the President hasn't called ScarySarah for help.

I can't bear to watch the video, but if she's mentioning the Dutch and dikes, she's actually pretty proud that she remembered some of that 7th grade World History. Her mind seems to run in some strange association of mental images which may have gone astray when she conflated two Louisiana disasters, Katrina and the Gulf kill now unfolding, and reached the conclusion that dikes would be a "common sense solution" to American problems. Even the lamestream media ought to be able to see that...and besides, President Obama hasn't said a word about dikes. So there.
